Distribution Information

What time do I have to be there?
Benjamin, our farmer, will be arriving at 8:30am to make our deliveries -- so we should aim to be at the site by 8:15 to begin to prepare. Distribution runs until 11:30am and then we need to put everything away and be done by 12:00.

What will I need to do?

• Help to set up the collapsible tent and table and lay out the vegetables for people to pick-up
• Let people know what came in from the farm that morning if people have questions
• Help people initial the distribution form when they pick up their share
• Help gather contact information for new people who may be interested in joining next season
• At the end of the distribution, you will help stack the empty boxes, fold up the tent and table, store them at the site and sweep up any odd leaves, etc.

Do I need to bring anything?
We plan to have everything we need for the distirbution at the site. So if everything goes as planned, you will not need to bring anything else.

What are the A and B group dates?
For half shares, distributions are divided into A weeks and B weeks. The weeks assignments are:
A: June 7, June 21, July 5, July 19, August 2, August 16, August 30, September 13, September 27, October 11, October 25
B: Jule 14, June 28, July 12, July 26, August 9, August 23, September 6, September 20, October 4, October 18, November 1

Upcoming Distributions
